THE Respect launches the first mobile phone after being sold by Huawei. Known as Honor V40, smartphone announced on Friday (22) present with MediaTek processor in technical profile, 4,000 mAh battery and 50 megapixel triple camera. So far, there are no forecasts for the launch of the phone in Brazil.

With curved edges, the new Chinese brand phone has a 6.72-inch display with 2676 x 1236 pixel resolution and ring sampling and refresh rates of 120 Hz and 300 Hz respectively. The screen has a hole hole to accommodate the 16-megapixel front camera and color temperature sensor.

The photography trio is present in a very clear module, with the main 50-megapixel camera (f / 1.9). There’s also an 8-megapixel sensor, with an ultra-wide lens and another 2-megapixel sensor, for macros; The lenses of both cameras have an aperture of f / 2.4.

The spec sheet is formed by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor, octa-core chip up to 2.6 GHz and 8 GB RAM. At the time of purchase, consumers can choose from two options, with either 128 GB or 256 GB storage. The battery has a capacity of 4,000 mAh with 66 watts wireless charging and 50 watts wireless.

The specs list also includes an under-display digital reader and 5G connectivity. Although this is Honor’s first mobile phone after the brand was sold by Huawei, it is not known whether this phone will have an international version with the Google app. The Honor V40 ships with Android 10 right out of the box.

In China, mobile phones go to the stores for a suggested price of 3,599 yuan for the 128 GB version and 3,999 yuan for the 256 GB version. The equivalent amount is about R $ 3,000 and R $ 3,325, respectively, when converting directly.
